Individual Therapy

Here, you don’t have to shrink to belong.

You’re doing everything “right”: showing up for work, your family, your friends. But inside, you still feel disconnected, anxious, or on edge.

In our work together, I support first-gen women of color, queer adults, and working moms who who are tired of overthinking, over-giving, and feeling like they’ve lost themselves while holding everyone else up.

We’ll take things one step at a time, by exploring what’s been draining you and helping you come back to yourself, the version of you that feels steady, clear, and at ease.

This is for you if…

  • You tend to overcompensate in your relationships, and you end up feeling lonely and resentful.

  • You’re constantly feeling haunted by thoughts of “Am I doing enough?”

  • It feel safer to do everything on your own rather than be a “burden to others”.

  • You used to be able to “do it all” but now things are starting to slip through the cracks, and you don’t know what’s going on.

You were raised to believe you had to abandon yourself in order to survive, and now I’m here to show you that there’s a another way to live.

My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment-based, with a focus on nervous system regulation and boundary work.

How it Works

How it Works

Step 01.

Free Consultation Call

Start with a free 20-minute consult call. This is a space for us to talk about what’s been feeling heavy, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether we’re the right fit. You can ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and take the first step toward relief — no pressure, just clarity.

Step 02.

Intake Session

In our first session, we’ll dive a little deeper. I’ll learn more about your background, what’s been draining you, and what you’d like to shift. From there, we’ll map out where we’re headed and what you need to start feeling more grounded and clear.

Step 03.

Ongoing Therapy

From there, we’ll meet weekly to start making real shifts. Each session helps you understand yourself on a deeper level, build new ways of coping, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been running on empty. Over time, you’ll start feeling more grounded, steady, and at home in yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • My rates are $215 for intake sessions and $195 for individual therapy session. Choosing a private pay approach allows us to focus fully on your goals, without insurance limitations.

  • We’ll meet weekly at a consistent time that we choose together. That steady rhythm helps create real momentum, not just insight that fades after the session ends.

Think of this as a standing appointment with yourself. Life will always try to pull your attention elsewhere, but this is time you protect for your own growth, clarity, and healing. I’ll show up for you each week, and I invite you to show up for yourself in the same way.

  • Most sessions are offered virtually for clients in New Jersey, giving you flexibility and privacy from the comfort of your home. I use SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform — you’ll get a reminder and video link 24 hours before your session.

I also offer in-person sessions in downtown Jersey City on an as-needed basis. Clients must be located in New Jersey, as I’m licensed in this state only.

  • Each session is about 45-53 minutes. The overall length of therapy varies depending on your goals and needs — some clients notice meaningful changes within a few months, while others continue for a year or more for deeper healing and growth. We’ll check in regularly to make sure the pace and process feel right for you.

  • For New Jersey clients using insurance, I accept Aetna and Quest Behavioral Health through a third-party platform called Headway, which manages scheduling, billing, and claims to make the process simple and stress-free.

  • You are entitled to receive this “Good Faith Estimate” of what the charges could be for psychotherapy services provided to you. While it is not possible for a psychotherapist to know, in advance, how many psychotherapy sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, this form provides an estimate of the cost of services provided. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of psychotherapy sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you.
