Each week, we’ll meet for a 1:1 session where we dig into what’s fueling your burnout — whether that’s people-pleasing, guilt around saying no, or constant overwork. I’ll guide you through nervous-system based coaching, mindset shifts, and somatic practices so you can create boundaries that actually feel good and sustainable.
